“Your journey will begin with your Initial Consultation of up to 60 minutes with a FOY consultant. This consultation includes creating a plan for your first extended fast with FOY Fasting and instructions on nutrients, water, salt, headaches, hunger pains, and other basics.

After Step 5, each client will experience their own unique journey in the FOY EF Program. Eating is hormonal. Period. Hormones make you feel hungry and hormones make you feel full. Hormones signal your body when you are eating and to store fat and signal when to use fat for energy. Family, friends, work, and life also impact your hormones, so even identical twins will experience different journeys in the FOY EF Program.”
