FOY Fasting requires you to eat full meals during Feeding Mode, and to eat NO food (or broth) during Fasting Mode. Calorie restricted eating is detrimental to your progress and is forbidden. Full meals are mandatory in the FOY EF Program.
FOY Fasting is not about food plans or meal preparation. There is no calorie counting and no discussion about calories (other than to explain why we ignore calories).
FOY Fasting is not about exercising or exercise plans and FOY EF Programs are most successful with NO exercise. Further, only very light exercise is permitted during Fasting Mode. In fact, almost any exercise that increases your heart rate during Fasting Mode can be detrimental to your progress in the early stages of the Program.
